Papum Terms & Conditions These Terms apply to your use of Papum, the platform that powers online ordering and loyalty programmes for independent venues. What Papum is Papum provides the software venues use to run their own online store - menus, ordering, delivery/pickup coordination, and a loyalty wallet. Papum is a platform provider to venues; we are not the venue, and we are not a party to any order you place with a venue. Venue accounts A venue that signs up for Papum is responsible for the accuracy of their own store's content (menu, prices, policies) and for fulfilling orders placed through it. Venues agree to use Papum lawfully and not to misuse the platform. Orders and payment Papum does not process payment for orders placed with a venue - that happens directly between you and the venue, using whichever method the venue offers. Because Papum is not a party to that transaction, any dispute about an order, its quality, or its fulfilment is between you and the venue. Availability We aim to keep Papum available and reliable, but like any online service it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.
